Micronutrients — today
Whole foods carry a full profile. Packaged foods only carry what the label lists, so blanks here usually mean the label, not a gap in your eating.
Recipes
Food you can actually make here
Forty of them, built for a microwave and fifteen minutes, from things H-E-B and the commissary keep in stock. Nutrition worked out from USDA data, ingredient by ingredient.

What Kristen sees
Your week, on her side
In the finished app this is her dashboard across everyone she's working with. Here it's showing just you, from what's logged on this phone, so you can see what gets shared.
What she sees: what you logged and how it compares to your targets. What she doesn't: anything you delete before the day ends, and nothing at all from days you don't log.

Your targets
These arrive from Kristen. If she hasn’t set yours yet you can type them in, and hers will replace them when they land.
Your account
Your own foods
Anything you’ve added from a label. Saved on this device, and matched to its barcode.
Food database
Where the food numbers come from
Crosscheck searches USDA FoodData Central, the government's own food database. It is free, public domain, and the same source behind most of the apps you have used. Search is already set up — there is nothing you need to do here.
Use your own key instead
The programme shares one key, which allows a thousand searches an hour between everyone. If searches ever start failing, your own key gives you that thousand to yourself. Open fdc.nal.usda.gov/api-key-signup, enter your name and email, and it is emailed to you straight away.
Reminders
Off unless you turn it on. Tracking every day is not the point and nobody is checking up on you —
but if a nudge after a quiet stretch would actually help you, say so here and Kristen will send one.
